More than a trade — learning to grow up

Alongside craft skills, FRS focuses on nurturing students' soft skills and confidence through real experiences beyond the classroom:
●Extracurricular activities & outings — where students bond, open up and learn to work together.
●Exchanges and learning with partner organizations — a chance to engage with professional environments and broaden their career perspective.
●Regular chef and banquet-table decoration competitions at SECC — an arena where students test their skills, build character and shine with confidence on a big stage.
It is these experiences that help each young person become not only skilled in their trade, but also resilient, well-mannered and ready to integrate into the wider world.

Two pathways — one standard
The spirit of “learning by doing” takes shape in two training programs, suited to each young person. Behind every figure lie thousands of hours of rigorous training — so that no skill is ever left out.
