At Francis Restaurant School, our mission is to provide learning and career development opportunities for disadvantaged youth. We are committed to offering high-quality vocational training in the restaurant and hotel industry through Germany’s dual training (DUAL) model, combining theoretical study with hands-on practice in real work environments. Our mission includes:

Professional Education and Training: Equipping students with in-depth knowledge and skills in the restaurant and hotel industry, preparing them for competitive entry into the labor market.

Sustainable Community Development: Creating opportunities for disadvantaged youth to access education and careers, empowering them to change their lives and achieve sustainable development.
