Fields of Study at FRS At Francis Restaurant School (FRS), we offer professional vocational training programs in the restaurant and hotel industry. Restaurant Management The Restaurant Management course equips students with essential management skills in the restaurant, and food service industries. Students will receive training in human resource management, finance, marketing, and service quality management. Beverage Preparation The Beverage Mixology Course at FRS offers students the opportunity to learn and practice the art of crafting coffee, cocktails, mocktails, and other creative drinks.
